After a series of Smart TV releases, Nokia is coming up with two more models of its own. The company has yet again collaborated with Walmart-owned Flipkart to release its new models. Nokia confirmed the release via Twitter. So far, Nokia has released three variants; the 55-inch model, the 43-inch model, and the 65-inch model. Flipkart also announced the Nokia Android TV box in August. The new TV model will hit the markets on 6th October 2020.
About the new models
According to NokiaPowerUser, Nokia will be releasing a 32-inch model and a 50-inch model on Tuesday. Reportedly, the Bureau of Indian Standards certified both these models early in August. As per the teaser, the TVs will feature Onkyo speakers instead of the regular JBL speakers. The reason for the shift is still unknown. The TVs will also be pre-loaded with apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ Hotstar.
Features and Pricing
The 32-inch model may cost Rs. 21,999, considering the 43-inch model is priced at Rs. 31,999. This model is supposed to be the least expensive of the lot. The TV may come with a Full HD resolution and standard 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of ROM storage space. The company hasn’t revealed any more about this particular model.
The 50-inch Nokia Smart TV may cost Rs. 36,999. Its features include:

- Intelligent Dimming
- DTS TruSurround
- Dolby Audio
- Google’s Android OS
- Google Assistant’s voice command interface
- 2.25 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage
Nokia shall reveal more information about both the models during the launch. Kindly note that the above specifications are just predictions based on the already available models in the market. Nokia has not confirmed any of the above.
