Gauhar Khan Darbar is an Indian model and actress. These days she has always been in eyes of the people as she married Zayed Darbar recently. Now the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation’s BMC K-west ward on Monday filed an FIR against the model and actor Gauhar Kham for flouting COVID-19 protocol. As Gauhar Khan is currently shooting for the film. But according to sources, it was found that she was tested positive for Coronavirus. Despite being positive she stepped out for shooting the film. This is the reason that BMC has filed FIR against the model and actress. However, the BMC has already asked her to maintain discipline in this regard but she violated the rules.

Assistant Municipal Commissioner of K-west ward Vishwas Mote has been working with this case. He added that the staff of BMC has visited Gauhar Khan’s house on March 11, 2021. They have asked her to not to step outside her home. Even she herself gave an undertaking over this issue that she will not come out of her house until she gets well. But even though BMC has received a complaint against her that she has been moving around and putting her and other’s lives in danger. He also said that on Sunday night BMC staff reached her home and they were informed that he is not at her home by her husband. She was in a flat in the adjacent wing. After viewing the situation they have decided to file a police complaint against her. He further added that she has now been asked to move into institutional quarantine while her high-risk contacts have been asked to quarantine themselves too.
Mumbai police over this issue
Mumbai police have been working over this issue. They have filed an FIR against the model and actress. However, the police has not revealed the name of the person who was mentioned in the FIR due to personal reasons. But the Oshiwara Police has registered the case under Indian Penal Code sections 188, 269, 270, and under 51B of NDMA Act 3 of Epidemic Diseases Act.
