Former Rajashthan Governor Anshuman Singh died. He was admitted to the Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences in Lucknow. On Monday the former dies at the age of 86. Various ministers as Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra, and Rajashthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot expressed their grief over the demise of a former governor. According to the sources it was informed that the last rites of the governor will be in the Prayagraj.
Physician of the former government statement
According to the sources SB Singh has informed that all the organs of the former governor have stopped functioning. Later he added that his last at SGPGI around 4:30 am on Monday. SB Singh is the private physician of the former governor. He is the person who informed about the last rites of the former governor. He said that his body was brought to his residence in Prayagraj at around 10 am. Anshuman Singh cremation will be done with state honors at Rasulabad Ghat. Singh’s wife died four months ago.
Anshuman Singh’s journey as Indian Politician
He was an Indian politician who served as a governor of Rajasthan. He served the nation as a governor of the state from January 1999 to May 2003. In 1998 he became governor of Gujarat state. He was born on 7 July 1935 in Allahabad. He graduated from the University of Allahabad in the year 1957. He started practicing at the District Court, Allahabad at the of 22. This was done due to his keen interest in the field of law. He was appointed as a public prosecutor in the Allahabad High Court in the year 1976. In 1984 he was appointed as Judge in Allahabad High Court. He was transferred to the Rajasthan High Court as a senior judge in 1994. From the year 1994 to 1997, he also assumed the post of Acting Governor four times.

The Rajasthan government has declared a one-day state holiday on Anshuman Singh’s death. The government gave a statement that there will be a state holiday on Monday and all the offices of the state will be closed.
