Recently, Poco tweeted a teaser of their new product to create some hype before the launch. The Poco C3 is all set to release in India on 6th October 2020. The Pre-Mature Reveal
Many users are predicting that the Poco C3 is a replica of the Redmi 9C. Back in September, a Twitter user posted a picture of the phone’s retail box. The second picture featured the phone’s model number and similar details. The same model number was spotted on the Bluetooth SIG Certification site in July. Moreover, Poco C3 looks very similar to Redmi 9C. Hence, the users are suspecting that the company has just rebadged the phone for the Indian market.
Poco C3 – Specifications
The teaser revealed some specifications about the camera included in the Poco C3. It will have a 13MP rear camera with two sensors for depth and macro functions. As per the current trend of camera specs, they may be 5MP and 2MP in resolution, respectively.
As for the rest of the specifications and features, the company has not unraveled them yet. However, if the phone is similar to Redmi 9C, it is safe to expect that its features will be similar too. Redmi 9C features:
- Android 10 OS
- The octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 SoC
- 4GB of RAM
- 6.53-inch HD+ display
The phone also has a fingerprint sensor on the back and supports AI face unlock.
