Huawei Nova 8 SE full specs leaked, Nova 8 series and Honor V40 likely to launch in November

To recap Huawei’s recent events, the company held a global launch for the Huawei Mate 40, Mate 40 Pro, Mate 40 Pro+, and Mate 40 RS Porsche Design flagship phones last week. It is also conducting a grand launch event in China on 30th October 2020. Another leak about Huawei’s other models claimed that the smartphone company might also launch the Nova 8 line-up along with the Honor V40 flagship series in November. According to numerous leaks in the past, the Nova 8 family includes 03 handsets, the Nova 8 SE, Nova 8, and Nova 8 Pro.

Huawei Nova 8 SE – Features and Specifications

As per the leak, the Nova 8 SE is supposed to have the following features. However, the brand has not commented on the same, so it is unknown whether the leak is legitimate. The features mentioned are:

  • 6.35-inch LCD with punch-hole cut-out
  • 7.46mm thick and weighs 178 grams
  • 16MP selfie camera
  • 64MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP quad-camera system
  • 3,800mAh battery
  • 66W fast charging support

Huawei Nova 8The placement of its fingerprint sensor is unclear. Further, the device is likely to arrive in China in two CPU variants. The starting model may have a Density of 720 SoC, and the higher edition could include a Density 800U chipset. The leak did not mention any details regarding the RAM and storage capacities of the Nova 8 SE.

About Honor V40

At present, Honor V40 does not have much information out in the open. Honor is a sub-brand of Huawei. It has an extensive line of smartphones similar to Huawei. Last year, it announced the V30 and V30 Pro in November. Thus, it might release the V40 and V40 Pro as successor models next month.
